Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к протезу для стимулирования восстановления in vivo полого органа или части полого органа, отличающемуся тем, что он содержит биоразлагаемую полую трубчатую основу, содержащую по меньшей мере один биосовместимый и биоразлагаемый полимерный материал, причем указанная основа содержит пористый наружный слой и, по существу, непористый внутренний слой, и живой биологический материал на наружной поверхности и/или внутри, по меньшей мере, части пористого слоя основы, и/или на поверхности, по существу, непористого слоя, обращенной к пористому слою, причем указанный биологический материал выбран таким образом, чтобы обеспечить восстановление in vivo указанного органа или части органа.
