Abstract
Изобретение предназначено для закупорки сосудов с газосодержащими жидкостями, имеющих горловину с резьбой на наружной поверхности. Задача изобретения состоит в расширении функциональных возможностей винтового затвора для сосудов с направленным сливом, обеспечивающих удобство розлива газосодержащих жидкостей, находящихся в сосуде под избыточным давлением, и упрощение конструкции. Поставленная задача решается тем, что в винтовом затворе с направленным сливом, содержащем цилиндрический колпачок с боковой стенкой и донышком, имеющий на внутренней поверхности боковой стенки резьбу, предохранительное отрывное кольцо и средство уплотнения, согласно изобретению средство уплотнения выполнено в виде радиально-осевого вентиля, включающего сочлененные между собой конусообразные или сферические, или игольчатые пробку и гнездо, при этом пробка имеет осевой канал, оканчивающийся в верхней части отверстием контактирования с вставляемым направляющим патрубком для слива жидкости из сосуда и в нижней части выведенный на боковую коническую или сферическую или игольчатую часть к пропускным отверстиям, а полость гнезда сообщена с полостью сосуда выходными отверстиями, которые расположены соосно с входными отверстиями пробки, и гнездо с торца имеет выступ по периметру, в донышке колпачка образовано отверстие, закрытое в виде торцевого выступа предохранительным элементом (например, в виде заглушки), при этом затвор снабжен вставляемым в пробку поворотным сливным патрубком квадратного либо овального сечения, которое входит в комплектность затвора и снабжается отдельно в герметической упаковке, или снабжен установленнымThe invention is intended for blocking vessels with gas-containing liquids having a neck threaded on the outer surface.
