Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу удаления газообразных кислотных примесей, особенно диоксида углерода и/или сероводорода, на двух или более стадиях из газообразного углеводородного сырьевого потока, содержащего углеводороды и указанные кислотные примеси, с использованием одной или нескольких мембран на каждой стадии разделения. Газообразный углеводородный сырьевой поток особенно представляет собой поток природного газа. Этот способ конкретно подходит для сырьевых потоков, содержащих большие количества кислотных примесей, например, между 10 и 95 об.% диоксида углерода и/или сероводорода, особенно между 15 и 70 об.%. На первом этапе чистый или почти чистый углеводородный поток выделяют из сырьевого потока, причем этот углеводородный поток обычно содержит меньше чем 5 об.% кислотных примесей. Оставшийся поток содержит кислотные примеси и некоторое количество углеводородов. На второй стадии чистый или почти чистый поток кислотных примесей отделяют от остального потока и после этого оставшийся поток объединяют с сырьем для первого этапа, причем поток кислотных примесей обычно содержит меньше чем 5 об.% углеводородов.
