Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу безостаточной газификации органического материала с последующим сжиганием полученного газа и к устройству для осуществления способа. Изобретение находит применение для экологически безопасного уничтожения и/или утилизации органического материала, включая промышленные, лесотехнические, сельскохозяйственные и коммунально-бытовые отходы, путём конверсии их в тепловую или электрическую энергию. Предложенный способ включает, при необходимости, предварительную обработку органического материала, в том числе отходов, его газификацию и сжигание полученного газа в реакционной камере (6), содержащей соосно расположенное центральное тело (5), жёстко или с возможностью вращения соединённое с верхней и нижней частями камеры, причём газификацию материала осуществляют в режиме циркулирующего псевдоожиженного слоя. Устройство для осуществления способа содержит реакционную камеру (6) по меньшей мере с четырьмя отверстиями - отверстием для загрузки органического материала (1), отверстием для подачи газифицирующего агента (2), отверстием для подачи вторичного окислителя (3) и выпускным горелочным отверстием (4), а также соосно расположенным центральным телом (5), жёстко или с возможностью вращения соединённым с верхней и нижней частями камеры. Использование изобретения позволяет проводить газификацию органического материала при отсутствии в выбросах сажистых аэрозолей, практически полном отсутствии зольного остатка и минимальном содержании токсичных веществ в продуктах сжигания получаемого газа.The invention relates to a method for the residual gasification of organic material, followed by the combustion of the produced gas, and to an apparatus for carrying out the method. The proposed method includes, if necessary, pretreatment of organic material, including waste, its gasification and combustion of the produced gas in the reaction chamber (6) containing coaxially located central body (5), rigidly or rotatably connected to the upper and lower parts chambers, with the gasification of the material carried out in the circulating fluidized bed mode. The device for carrying out the method comprises a reaction chamber (6) with at least four openings — an opening for loading organic material (1), an opening for supplying a gasification agent (2), an opening for supplying a secondary oxidant (3) and an outlet burner opening (4) and also coaxially located central body (5), rigidly or rotatably connected to the upper and lower parts of the chamber. The use of the invention allows for the gasification of organic material in the absence of emissions of soot aerosols, the almost complete absence of ash residue and the minimum content of toxic substances in the combustion products of the resulting gas.
