Предложен также способ изготовления такой двухслойной металлической трубы, в котором электросварные трубы перед редуцированием позиционируют таким образом, что их продольные сварные швы располагают на различных радиальных лучах общего поперечного сечения труб. Труба имеет более низкую стоимость по сравнению с традиционно выпускаемыми двухслойными бесшовными трубами при сравнимых и даже более высоких показателях прочности и долговечности и при более низком расходе материалов.The invention relates to the production of metal pipes, in particular to the production of bimetallic pipes, and relates to a two-layer metal pipe and method of its manufacture. A method of manufacturing such a two-layer metal pipe is also proposed, in which electric-welded pipes are positioned before reduction in such a way that their longitudinal welds are placed on different radial rays of the total cross-section of the pipes. The pipe has a lower cost compared to the traditionally produced two-layer seamless pipes with comparable and even higher strength and durability and with a lower consumption of materials.
