Abstract

Изобретение относится к стекольной промышленности и, в частности, к нанесению отсечек, штрихов, рисок на электропроводящее поле изделий остекления лазерным лучом. Сущность изобретения состоит в том, что поверхность стекла обрабатывают лазерным излучением путем перемещения лазерного луча по поверхности стекла оптической системой, причем оптическую ось отклоняют зеркалами сканатора на разные углы по отношению к поверхности обработки при нанесении заданной схемы отсечек, а отсечки наносят в виде фрагмента линий заданной конфигурации под углом друг к другу в определенной последовательности по всей поверхности стеклоизделия. Величину угла наклонов отсечек задают фокусирующим объективом и размером поля обработки. Фрагменты линий наносят на электрообогреваемую поверхность стекла по расчетной схеме с заданным шагом по осям Х и У в направлении перемещения фокусирующего объектива. Фокусирующий объектив перемещают над обрабатываемой поверхностью стекла на постоянном фокусном расстоянии и одновременно включают лазерное излучение, перемещая лазерный луч зеркалами сканатора. Полезность предлагаемого способа состоит в том, что он более производителен, высоко технологичен, позволяет наносить отсечки шириной в несколько микрон и любой конфигурации под любыми заданными углами по отношению друг к другу, которые обеспечивают равномерное использование мощности нагревательных элементов по всему полю обогрева, получая при этом равномерный нагрев всего стеклоизделия. The focusing lens is moved over the treated glass surface at a constant focal length and at the same time switches on the laser radiation, moving the laser beam by the mirrors of the scanner. The usefulness of the proposed method is that it is more productive, highly technological, allows to apply cutoffs several microns wide and of any configuration at any given angles relative to each other, which ensure uniform use of the power of heating elements throughout the heating field, while obtaining uniform heating of the entire glassware.
