Abstract

Предложены уплотняющее устройство и способ создания динамического уплотнения вокруг бурильной колонны (50) в водоносных скважинах, в скважинах с буровой жидкостью или углеводородных скважинах. Предложенное устройство содержит по меньшей мере одно динамическое уплотнение (35а), которое выполнено с возможностью охвата бурильной колонны (50), и приемный блок (30), выполненный с возможностью размещения в нем указанного по меньшей мере одного уплотнения (35а), причем указанное динамическое уплотнение расположено с возможностью введения в приемный блок (30) с помощью бурильной колонны и прочного закрепления в приемном блоке, при этом в уплотняющем устройстве поддерживается внутреннее давление, по меньшей мере, соответствующее окружающему давлению. Приемный блок (30) расположен в зоне в бурильном настиле буровой платформы или основания или вблизи него и в разделительной колонне, колонне для спуска или в другом соединении между бурильным настилом и скважиной для закрытия стороны возврата буровой жидкости между бурильной колонной и верхней частью разделительной колонны, при этом если приемный блок (30) соединен с плавучей платформой или буровым судном, он расположен ниже компенсирующего блока (21) разделительной колонны для обеспечения возможности компенсации перемещения между разделительной колонной (20) и расположенным на поверхности судном (10), а если приемный блок (30) соединен с неподвижной установкой, он расположен в виде части соединения (20) разделительной колонны.
