Abstract
Флотационное устройство для сепарации (очистки или удаления) диспергированных частиц в текучей среде, в частности удаления нефти, диспергированной в воде. Устройство включает в себя флотационную камеру (1) с одним или несколькими соплами (4), размещенными на дне камеры или вблизи него, для подачи газа или текучей среды во внутренний объем камеры. Камера дополнительно включает в себя входной патрубок (5) для текучей среды, подлежащей обработке и два или несколько выходных патрубков (6, 7) для разделенных продуктов. Флотационная камера имеет форму продольной трубы (1), диаметр которой в основном одинаков с диаметром трубы (2) подачи или транспортировки текучей среды, соединеной с входным патрубком (5) трубы. Сопла (4) для подачи газа или текучей среды оборудованы на расстоянии друг от друга вдоль дна трубы.
