Abstract
Многослойная фотоэлектрическая структура, наносимая на внешние поверхности любого движимого и/или неподвижного носителя для поглощения и преобразования светового излучения в электрическую энергию, содержащая, в следующем порядке, по меньшей мере один первый слой (1), разработанный для прилипания к поверхности (S) носителя (Т), по меньшей мере один второй слой (2) из электропроводящего материала, который определяет электрод, по меньшей мере один третий оптоэлектронно-активный слой (3), разработанный для поглощения фотонов и преобразования их в электрическую энергию, по меньшей мере один четвертый слой (4) из электропроводящего материала, который определяет противоэлектрод. Первый слой (1) образован из, по существу, однородного и сплошного базового материала, который химически и механически инертен к другим слоям (2, 3, 4), определяя универсальное прикрепляемое основание, адаптируемое к поверхностям любой формы и размера. Пятый слой (5) из оптически прозрачного и электронно-инертного материала может наноситься на нижележащие слои (1, 2, 3, 4) для их защиты и инкапсулирования, тем самым образуя единый, герметично запечатанный элемент.
