Устройство для выявления присоединения с замыканием на землю в сети с изолированной нейтралью содержит фильтры токов нулевой последовательности, включенные в цепь каждого присоединения, фильтр напряжения нулевой последовательности, подключенный к сборным шинам, устройство (генератор) для создания тока нулевой последовательности, подключенное к сборным шинам через выключатель, управляемый модулем контроля и управления, подключенным к фильтру напряжения нулевой последовательности, который осуществляет кратковременное замыкание указанного выключателя в случае превышения порога срабатывания устройства управления, а в блок (модуль контроля и) управления введена линия задержки. При этом генератор тока нулевой последовательности в трехфазной сети с изолированной нейтралью содержит реактор с трехстержневым ненасыщаемым магнитопроводом и с обмотками, соединенными в звезду с заземленной общей точкой (нейтралью), а также нормально разомкнутый модуль высоковольтный, снабженный приводом, подключенным к модулю контроля и управления, и выполненный в виде последовательно соединенных селектора и вакуумного коммутационного модуля с тремя вакуумными выключателями, причем селектор выполнен с тремя подвижными контактами, с тремя изолированными неподвижными контактами, с тремя заземленными выводами и с тремя выводами, соединенными с шинами, а коммутационный модуль выполнен с тремя выводами, соединенными с подвижными контактами селектора и с тремя выводами, соединенными с обмотками реактора, при этом модуль контроля и управления выполнен с возможностью идентификации однофазного замыкания цепи на землю по напряжению нулевой последовательности.
