Abstract

Устройство для пробивки пластмассовых бутылок содержит несущую раму и установленный на ней в подшипниковых опорах рабочий вал с поочерёдно расположенными на нём зубчатыми дисками и промежуточными втулками, зафиксированными по его краям запорными элементами, опорный узел для прижима к нему и пробивки пластмассовых бутылок, привод в виде электродвигателя и редуктора, закреплённых на несущей раме и кинематически связанных между собой и свободным концом рабочего вала, блок управления, электрически связанный с электродвигателем и постом с кнопками ПУСК и СТОП, и приёмный бункер, размещённый своей нижней узкой частью над зубчатыми дисками рабочего вала и опорным узлом и закреплённый на несущей раме, выполненной с возможностью её расположения над загрузочным люком рабочего места отбора пластмассовых бутылок на конвейере комплекса сортировки твёрдых бытовых отходов и закреплённой на эстакадном основании соответствующего накопительного отсека.
