Abstract
Использование: восстановление и повышение дебита нефтяных, газовых и водяных скважин, ремонт обсадных колонн, а также высокоразрешающая сейсморазведка. Технический результат: снижение потерь энергии на геофизическом кабеле и обеспечение работоспособности аппарата при длинах геофизического кабеля более 5-6 км. Сущность изобретения: предлагаемое устройство содержит соединенные посредством геофизического кабеля наземный источник питания и скважинный электроразрядный аппарат, включающий в себя зарядный блок, конденсаторный накопитель энергии, коммутатор и электродную систему, которые являются отдельными модулями, при этом зарядный блок содержит маслонаполненный металлический корпус, на одном конце которого установлен низковольтный ввод, а на другом конце - высоковольтный вывод, внутри корпуса размещены повышающий трансформатор, высоковольтный выпрямитель и защитный дроссель, при этом один конец вторичной обмотки повышающего трансформатора соединен через высоковольтный выпрямитель и защитный дроссель с высоковольтным выводом, а второй конец вторичной обмотки повышающего трансформатора соединен с корпусом, разрядный резистор и измерительная CR-цепочка включены параллельно между высоковольтным выводом и корпусом, постоянная времени измерительной CR-цепочки выбрана меньше постоянной времени разряда емкостного накопителя, наземный источник питания представляет собой источник постоянного тока, в зарядный блок дополнительно введены емкостной фильтр, мостовой инвертор на транзисторах и схема управления инвертором, при этом емкостной фильтр, одна из диагоналей мостового инвертора и вход схемы управления инвертором подключены параллельно к низковольтному вводу, вторая диагональ мостового инвертора подключена через резонансный конденсатор к первичной обмотке повышающего трансформатора, а выход схемы управления инвертором соединен с управляющими электродами транзисторов.Use: restoration and increase of oil, gas and water wells, casing repair, as well as high-resolution seismic exploration. The essence of the invention: the proposed device contains connected by means of a geophysical cable ground power source and a downhole electric apparatus, comprising a charging unit, a capacitor energy storage device, a switch and an electrode system, which are separate modules, while the charging unit contains an oil-filled metal case at one end which is installed low-voltage input, and at the other end - high-voltage output, inside the case are placed step-up transformer, high-voltage A rectifier and a protective choke, with one end of the secondary winding of the step-up transformer connected through a high-voltage rectifier and a protective choke with a high-voltage output, and the other end of the secondary winding of the step-up transformer connected to the housing , the time constant of the measuring CR-chain is chosen less than the time constant of the discharge of the capacitive storage, the terrestrial power source is an DC link, a capacitive filter, a transistor bridge inverter and an inverter control circuit are added to the charging unit; to the primary winding of the step-up transformer, and the output of the inverter control circuit is connected to the control electrodes of the transistors.
