Abstract

Описанное кондиционированное топливо на углеродной основе представляет собой однофазное водное топливо с улучшенными техническими характеристиками, характеристиками при обращении и хранении. Способ также обеспечивает получение кондиционированного топлива на углеродной основе с использованием полутвердой активирующей добавки. Полученное кондиционированное топливо на углеродной основе имеет объем, больший, чем объем немодифицированного топлива на углеродной основе, теплосодержание, превышающее эту величину для немодифицированного топлива на углеродной основе, пониженный выброс твердых частиц с выхлопными газами и пониженный выброс выхлопных газов, чем эти характеристики для немодифицированного топлива на углеродной основе, и имеет содержание воды ниже, чем содержание воды в немодифицированном топливе на углеродной основе.
