Abstract

Шасси автотранспортных средств относится к области автостроения и может использоваться на всех видах автомашин и прицепах. В конструкции применены: полное вращение шкворня в завтулинных отверстиях балки и поворотной цапфы, что увеличивает срок службы деталей и облегчает ремонтно-техническое обслуживание. Круглые посадочные места рессор с ограничительными бортами, которые взаимодействуют при помощи фигурных вкладышей с отверстиями балки и ступиц-опор, свободно вращаясь избавляют от нежелательных перекошенных нагрузок рессоры, а вкладыши предотвращают износ трением; ступицы-цапфы и ступицы-опоры с вращающимися несущими осями, на которых при помощи направляющих - центрующих конусов и патаев, и волнообразных шлицов против осевого проворачивания устанавливают диски колес и крепят одной гайкой с автоматическими стопорами против раскручивания, данное решение избавляет конструкцию от несущего кожуха моста и делает конструкцию простой и удобной в ремонтно-техническом обслуживании; реактивная штанга с поворотным и смягчающим устройством в совокупности рессор надежно удерживает при ускорении и торможении; П-образные стабилизаторы поперечной устойчивости торсионного типа на каждом мосту увеличивают устойчивость и предотвращают бесконтрольное болтание мостов на неровной дороге, защищают от резких ударов в выбоинах дороги; редуктор с двухрядным расположением шестерен и шестерня преобразования направления вращения избавляют от нежелательных боковых нагрузок, увеличивают мощность редуктора и срок эксплуатации. Предлагаемая конструкция проста в изготовлении, доступна в техобслуживании и надежна в эксплуатации.
