Abstract
Изобретение предлагает способ автоматического регулирования потока в трубопроводной системе, включающей в себя трубопровод (3), впуск (1) и выпуск (2) и регулирующий клапан (4), расположенный на выпуске (2) трубопровода (3). Способ включает следующие шаги: измерение или оценка впускного давления (РТ1) или скорости (FT1) впускного потока на впуске (1), регулирование отверстия клапана или дросселя (4) посредством первого регулирующего блока (8), содержащего автоматический регулятор с обратной связью, в зависимости от указанных измерений или оценок впускного давления (РТ1) и уставки впускного давления или скорости (FT1) впускного потока и уставки скорости впускного потока. Способ отличается тем, что содержит следующие шаги: измерение или оценка скорости (FT2) выпускного потока текучей среды и/или падения давления (dP) на клапане или дросселе, и/или отверстия клапана или дросселя на выпуске трубопровода, автоматическое определение, на основе указанного измерения или оценки скорости (FT2) выпускного потока текучей среды из трубопровода (3) и/или падения давления (dP) на клапане или дросселе (4), и/или отверстия клапана или дросселя на выпуске трубопровода, величины для уставки впускного давления или уставки скорости впускного потока во втором регулирующем блоке (5), содержащем автоматический регулятор с обратной связью, и сообщение указанной уставки впускного давления или уставки скорости впускного потока на первый регулирующий блок (8). Изобретение относится также к соответствующей системе.
