Abstract
Предложена плавильная емкость для прямой плавки и холодильник для горна. Емкость содержит горн с огнеупорной футеровкой. Внутренняя поверхность верхней части горна простирается вверх и наружу к боковым стенкам емкости. Верхняя часть горна содержит холодильник, расположенный снаружи за огнеупорной футеровкой этой части горна и под охлаждающими панелями на боковых стенках емкости. Холодильник горна содержит множество охлаждающих элементов. Каждый охлаждающий элемент имеет структуру полого корпуса, открытого с обратной стороны, которая имеет основание, верхние и боковые стенки, сформированные совместно в литой структуре и содержащие внутри проходы для протекания охлаждающей среды.
