Abstract
Изобретение относится к землеройным машинам. Суть изобретения заключатся в том, что траншеекопатель включает самоходное шасси и навеску, состоящую из двух частей, каждая из которых содержит подвижную раму на стойке и плужные резцы на основании. Обе части навески установлены на вертикальном шарнире, позволяющем получать любой наклон в плоскости траншеи. Плужные резцы установлены на основании последовательно с возможностью срезания каждым резцом слоя грунта, освобождая зону резания для последующего. Величина срезаемого слоя меньше, чем расстояние между плужными резцами. Вторая часть навески, по ходу шасси, выполнена подвижной в вертикальной плоскости траншеи на заданную глубину с помощью фиксаторов. Навеска дополнительно снабжена наклонными лопатками, которые в процессе работы поднимают грунт по стенке траншеи.The invention relates to earthmoving machines. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that the trencher includes a self-propelled chassis and a hinge piece, consisting of two parts, each of which contains a movable frame on the rack and plow cutters on the base. Both parts of the hinge are mounted on a vertical hinge, which allows to obtain any inclination in the plane of the trench. Plow cutters are installed on the base in series with the possibility of cutting off a layer of soil by each cutter, freeing the cutting zone for the next. The size of the cut layer is less than the distance between the plow cutters. The second part of the hinge, along the chassis, is made movable in a vertical plane of the trench to a predetermined depth using clamps. The addition is additionally equipped with inclined blades, which in the process of raising the soil along the trench wall.
