Устройство содержит соединенные между собой тепловой аккумулятор с низкозамерзающим теплоносителем, насос циркуляции низкозамерзающего теплоносителя, рекуперативный теплообменник и элементы подвода тепла к теплообменной поверхности испарителя витрины, днищу витрины и сливному трубопроводу. Элементы подвода тепла выполнены в виде двух секций, первая из которых установлена в испарителе воздухоохладителя и находится в тепловом контакте с его теплообменной поверхностью, а вторая секция установлена в днище витрины рядом со сливным трубопроводом. Обе секции соединены с тепловым аккумулятором. Устройство обеспечивает сокращение времени оттаивания и затрат электроэнергии.The invention relates to refrigeration, and in particular to systems for defrosting refrigerated display cases with devices for direct cooling, preferably low-temperature commercial refrigeration equipment with low-freezing coolants. The device contains interconnected heat accumulator with low-freezing coolant, circulation pump of low-freezing coolant, recuperative heat exchanger and elements for supplying heat to the heat-exchanging surface of the evaporator of the showcase, bottom of the show-window and drain pipe. The elements of heat supply are made in the form of two sections, the first of which is installed in the evaporator of the air cooler and is in thermal contact with its heat exchange surface, and the second section is installed in the bottom of the display case next to the drain pipe. Both sections are connected to a heat accumulator. The device provides a reduction in defrosting time and energy costs.
