Abstract
Изобретение относится к области нефтедобывающей промышленности, а именно к установкам для обработки призабойных зон эксплутационных скважин нефтяных месторождений. Описана установка для обработки призабойных зон нефтяных скважин, содержащая снабженную запорной арматурой линию подвода жидкости в скважину, пневматический генератор, линии подачи сжатого газового агента, снабжённые быстродействующей запорной арматурой, и систему сброса сжатого газового агента с запорными элементами, где пневматический генератор включает полый оголовок, содержащий выхлопное отверстие, с торцевой стенкой, установленный открытым торцом на скважине, куда по линиям подачи сжатого газового агента поступает сжатый газ. Технический результат при применении данного изобретения заключается в повышении качества и сокращении длительности очистки призабойных зон эксплутационных скважин нефтяных месторождений, а также повышении экологичности установки.The invention relates to the field of the oil industry, namely to installations for treatment of bottom-hole zones of production wells of oil fields. Described is an installation for treatment of bottom-hole zones of oil wells, comprising a line for supplying liquid to a well equipped with shut-off valves, a pneumatic generator, lines for supplying a compressed gas agent equipped with fast-acting shut-off valves, and a system for dumping a compressed gas agent with shut-off elements, where the pneumatic generator includes a hollow head, containing an exhaust hole, with an end wall, installed with an open end on a well, where compressed gas enters through the compressed gas agent supply lines. The technical result when applying this invention is to improve the quality and reduce the duration of cleaning the bottomhole zones of production wells of oil fields, as well as increasing the environmental friendliness of the installation.
