Abstract
Изобретение относится к производству неорганических пигментов и может быть использовано для получения желтых и красных железооксидных пигментов. Получение пигментов проводят путём получения суспензии зародышей введением при перемешивании в раствор соли железа (II) щелочного агента и продуванием воздуха через образующуюся смесь. Далее в суспензию зародышей вводят раствор соли железа (II). Полученную смесь нагревают до температуры 55-75°С, окисляют кислородом воздуха в течение 20-60 ч с непрерывным введением щелочного агента. Полученный желтый железооксидный пигмент фильтрованием отделяется от жидкой фазы, промывается, сушится, измельчается и прокаливается при 600-900°С для получения красного железооксидного пигмента. В качестве щелочного агента на стадии синтеза желтого железооксидного пигмента используется водная суспензия гидроксида железа (II) с рН 8,5-10, полученная путем его осаждения аммиаком при перемешивании из раствора соли железа (II) с концентрацией Fe (II) 5-140 г/л. As an alkaline agent at the stage of synthesis of yellow iron oxide pigment, an aqueous suspension of iron (II) hydroxide with a pH of 8.5-10 is used, obtained by precipitating it with ammonia with stirring from an iron (II) salt solution with an Fe (II) salt of 5-140 g / l. The use of liquid, gaseous ammonia or its solution is allowed.
