Abstract
Настоящее изобретение представляет универсальную добавку для улучшения свойств цементного раствора, приготовленного с портландцементом, и для использования в цементировании скважин с названной универсальной добавкой, включающей тип силикатов и/или боратов, который ингибирует гелеобразование, происходящее в промежуточной фазе. Добавка согласно настоящему изобретению существенно улучшает реологические характеристики (то есть сильное диспергирующее действие) и даже может преодолевать серьезные проблемы гелеобразования. При температуре выше 88°С (190°F) добавка действует как средство замедления схватывания, позволяя значительно снизить концентрацию замедлителя схватывания, требуемого для достижения данного времени загустевания.
