Решаемая изобретением задача заключается в создании устройства, исключающего или, по меньшей мере, минимизирующего пенообразование при розливе пенящихся напитков в открытые емкости для целей повышения производительности процесса розлива, а также исключающего в максимальной степени контакт наполняемой емкости с узлом, обеспечивающим непосредственную подачу напитка в наполняемую емкость. Устройство включает герметичную камеру 1, которая выполнена с возможностью установки в нее открытой емкости 7 и имеет средство для подачи в нее напитка (8, 9, 10), а также блок управления 14 розливом напитка, который имеет регулируемый дроссель 17.
