Abstract

Предложен способ прогнозирования скорости проходки (ROP) бурового долота, используемого для бурения ствола скважины через интервалы породы геологического пласта. Способ предусматривает использование уравнения, основанного на принципах удельной энергии. Определяется соотношение между коэффициентом трения скольжения для конкретного долота μ и прочностью на всестороннее сжатие CCS в диапазоне прочности при ограниченном сжатии CCS. Аналогично определяется другое соотношение для бурового долота между механическим КПД EFFи прочностью при ограниченном сжатии CCS в диапазоне прочности при ограниченном сжатии CCS. Прочность при ограниченном сжатии CCS оценивается для интервалов породы, через которые буровое долото должно пробурить ствол скважины. Затем вычисляется скорость проходки ROP с использованием оценок прочности при ограниченном сжатии CCS интервалов породы, подлежащих бурению, и определенных соотношений между коэффициентом трения скольжения для конкретного долота μ и механическим КПД EFFи прочностями при ограниченном сжатии CCS, а также с использованием оцененных скоростей бурового долота N (об./мин) и нагрузок на долото WOB.
