Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA DETERMINAR A TAXA DE PENETRAÇçO DE UMA BROCA DE PERFURAÇçO PERFURANDO UM FURO DE POÇO, PARA RECALCULAR A RESISTÊNCIA À COMPRESSçO CONFINADA DE ROCHA, E PARA ANALISAR O DESEMPENHO DE UMA BROCA DE PERFUTRAÇçO DURANTE A PERFURAÇçO DE UM FURO DE POÇO EM TEMPO REAL. E provido um método para predizer a taxa de penetração (ROP) de uma broca perfurando através de intervalos de rocha de uma formação subterrânea. O método usa uma equação baseada em princípios de energia específica. Uma relação é determinada entre coeficiente especifico para broca de atrito de deslizamento p. e resistência à compressão confinada CCS sobre uma faixa de resistências à compressão confinada CCS. Similarmente, outra relação para a broca de perfuração é determinada entre eficiência mecânica EFFM e resistência à compressão confinada CCS sobre uma faixa de resistências à compressão confinada CCS. Resistência à compressão confinada CCS é estimada para intervalos de rocha através dos quais a broca de perfuração será usada para a perfuração do furo de poço. A taxa de penetração ROP é, então, calculada utilizando estimativas de resistência à compressão confinada CCS dos intervalos de rocha a serem perfurados e aquelas relações determinadas entre o coeficiente especifico para broca de atrito de deslizamento <109> e a eficiência mecânica EFFM e as resistências à compressão confinada CCS, bem como, usando velocidades estimadas de broca de perfuração N (RPM) e pesos sobre broca (WOB).
