Abstract
Изобретение относится к строительству и может быть использовано в железобетонных каркасах многоэтажных зданий и сооружений. Стыковое соединение сборных колонн включает концевые участки колонн 1 с продольной рабочей арматурой, стержни 2 которой оборваны у торцов. На плоских торцах стыкуемых колонн закреплены поперечные стальные листы. Эти листы могут быть сплошными 3 по всему торцу каждой колонны, либо в виде угловых закладных деталей, либо в виде парных закладных деталей. К торцовым закладным деталям в конусных отверстиях на сварке закреплены анкерные стержни 9, расположенные внахлест к стержням 2 оборванной рабочей арматуры колонны. В зоне анкеровки стержней 2 и 9 размещено косвенное армирование в виде сеток 10. По углам у торцов колонн выполнены угловые ниши 7, образованные уголками 6. Стыкуемые колонны соединены по углам в нишах 7 шпильками 14 с винтовой нарезкой посредством крепежных гаек 15, 16, а также котировочных гаек 17. В межторцовом зазоре 8 размещены косвенное армирование в виде одной или нескольких сварных сеток 18 и монолитный бетон. Устройство стыкового соединения включает в себя установку на торце нижней колонны кверху шпилек 14, навинчивание на них котировочных гаек 17, размещение над нижней колонной сварных сеток 18, опирание на котировочные гайки 17 верхней колонны, установку верхней колонны в проектное положение гайками 17 и последующую фиксацию ее положения крепежными гайками 16. Затем собирают опалубку стыка с образованием приемного и выходного бункеров.
