Abstract
Описан способ получения синтез-газа из углеводородного сырья. Способ включает в себя стадии: (i) разделение углеводородного сырья с получением первого потока сырья и второго потока сырья; (ii) каталитический риформинг первого потока сырья по меньшей мере в одной зоне риформинга для того, чтобы получить продукт риформинга; (iii) окисление второго потока сырья по меньшей мере в одной зоне парциального окисления, чтобы получить продукт парциального окисления; (iv) смешивание части или всего продукта риформинга и части или всего продукта парциального окисления, чтобы получить топливный газ (синтез-газ) в зоне смешивания, которая отделена от зоны риформинга и зоны парциального окисления; (v) нагревание зоны (зон) риформинга с помощью топливного газа; и (vi) необязательно, выделение диоксида углерода из охлажденного топливного газа, чтобы получить поток синтез-газа с малым содержанием диоксида углерода. Этот синтез-газ может быть использован для получения углеводородных продуктов, например, в синтезе Фишера-Тропша. В настоящем изобретении разработан комплексный способ получения углеводородных продуктов из углеводородного сырья в углеводородные продукты. Эксплуатация стадии риформинга и стадии парциального окисления по параллельной схеме в отличие от последовательной схемы обеспечивает эффективное средство для улучшения характеристик энергетического баланса на этих двух стадиях. Кроме того, способ согласно изобретению обеспечивает гибкий режим работы, поскольку соотношение Н/СО можно легко регулировать различными способами.
