Abstract

Изобретение относится к области биологически активных препаратов и предназначено для изготовления биоактивных акстансантиносодержащих веществ с высокой антиокислительной активностью. Решается задача наиболее рациональной оптимизации содержания компонентов биологически активных препаратов для достижения тем самым технического результата в отношении повышения биологической активности вещества, в частности, антиокислительной его эффективности. Это обеспечивают биологически активным астаксантиносодержащим веществом, изготовленным в виде жидкой или твердой смеси гомогенно распределенных в ней компонентов, включающим астаксантиносодержащий комплекс бета-каротина, кантаксантина, астацена, полуастацена, лютеина, зеаксантина, а также растворителей, вспомогательных компонентов и инертных наполнителей. Предложена система неравенств, взаимосвязывающих основные компоненты биологически активного вещества, сформированная таким образом, что для оптимизации его состава содержание каждого нового компонента в веществе выбирают с учетом и в зависимости от фактического или задаваемого содержания С всего астаксантиносодержащего комплекса, а также от величины С-содержания транс-астаксантина в астаксантиносодержащем комплексе.The invention relates to the field of biologically active preparations and is intended for the manufacture of bioactive Akstanisantino substances with high antioxidant activity. A system of inequalities is proposed that interconnect the main components of a biologically active substance, formed in such a way that the content of each new component in the substance is chosen to optimize its composition, taking into account and depending on the actual or specified content C of the entire astaxanthine-containing complex, as well as on the value of the C content of trans -astaxanthin in an astaxanthin-containing complex.
