Изобретение относится к получению продуктов, содержащих модифицированное растительное сырье, которое может найти применение в деревообрабатывающей промышленности, строительстве, производстве буровых растворов, бумажной промышленности и других отраслях. Сущность изобретения состоит в жидкофазном каталитическом окислении растительного сырья кислородом в водных щелочных растворах в присутствии солей меди. Поэтапное введение щелочи в реакционную среду позволяет стабилизировать условия окисления, при которых скорость растворения растительного сырья не превышает скорость окисления крахмала, содержащегося в нем. Конечными продуктами процесса окисления являются полимерные композиции в форме водной суспензии и высушенного порошка, содержащих в своем составе растворимый в воде компонент и водонерастворимый компонент при их массовом соотношении (73,5-92,5):(6,5-21,5).The invention relates to the production of products containing modified vegetable raw materials, which can be used in the woodworking industry, construction, production of drilling fluids, paper industry and other industries. The essence of the invention consists in the liquid-phase catalytic oxidation of plant materials with oxygen in aqueous alkaline solutions in the presence of copper salts. The stepwise introduction of alkali into the reaction medium makes it possible to stabilize the oxidation conditions under which the rate of dissolution of the plant material does not exceed the rate of oxidation of the starch contained in it. The final products of the oxidation process are polymer compositions in the form of an aqueous suspension and dried powder, containing in their composition a water-soluble component and a water-insoluble component with their mass ratio (73.5-92.5) :( 6.5-21.5).
