Предлагаемый способ разработки создает условия для сохранения естественного водонефтяного контакта на весь период разработки нефтяной залежи за счет поддержания пластового давления на начальном уровне и выше. В процессе реализации способа на каждой локальной структуре, образующей нефтяную залежь, производят бурение в куполе структуры вертикальной поисково-разведочной скважины, которую впоследствии используют в качестве нагнетательной скважины. Затем осуществляют строительство группы скважин (куста), состоящей из нагнетательной и эксплуатационных наклонно-направленных скважин с устьями, расположенными на расстоянии 10-20 м от нагнетательной скважины и забоев скважин, которые располагают по внутреннему периметру структуры, повторяющему ее конфигурацию с условием вскрытия продуктивных горизонтов под углом 75-85°. Начало эксплуатации каждой скважины и всех скважин «куста» начинают с одновременной закачки во все продуктивные горизонты газа сепарации и/или попутного нефтяного газа, природного газа соседних газовых скважин или инертных газов с условием поддержания давления закачки P, равного или большего пластового давления нефтяной залежи (P≥P). Таким образом, фактически осуществляют полный сайклинг-процесс при добыче нефти и по мере ее извлечения, когда в порах пласта произойдет замещение жидкой фазы закачиваемым газом, начинают эксплуатировать нефтяную залежь в режиме газовой смеси с последующим переходом на газоконденсатный режим и режим добычи сухого газа.
