Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу и системе ввода ингибитора при добыче углеводородного сырья, к транспортировке и хранению. Достигаемый технический результат заключается в независимой подаче ингибитора на каждую точку ввода с определением и регулированием расхода ингибитора с высокой степенью точности на каждой точке ввода и общего расхода по газовому промыслу. Указанный технический результат достигают тем, что рассчитывают необходимое количество ингибитора для каждой по крайней мере из двух точек ввода, затем подают ингибитор гидратообразования на вход по крайней мере двух насосов для подачи ингибитора в напорный трубопровод ингибитора, затем распределяют ингибитор по точкам ввода путем разделения общего потока ингибитора с напорного трубопровода в трубопроводы, ведущие к узлам распределения и регулирования ингибитора по точкам ввода, измеряют давление на выходе каждого по крайней мере мере из двух насосов и давление в напорном трубопроводе, фиксируют изменение расхода ингибитора в одной из точек ввода ингибитора по изменению давления на выходе насоса подачи ингибитора в соответствующую точку ввода по отношению к давлению в напорном трубопроводе, регулируют общий расход ингибитора за счёт изменения производительности насосов подачи ингибитора с одновременным открытием разгрузочного регулирующего клапана регулятора давления между напорным трубопроводом и трубопроводом подачи ингибитора для снижения давления ингибитора в напорном трубопроводе.The invention relates to a method and system for the input of an inhibitor in the extraction of hydrocarbons, for transportation and storage.
