Abstract
The invention relates to biotechnology and can be used to obtain hollow microspheres designed to accommodate microscopic biological objects, such as mammalian spermatozoa, oocytes, or cells of organisms. The method of obtaining hollow microspheres is characterized by spraying an aqueous solution of molten agarose (1) above the aqueous medium (3) with the formation of an aerosol (4) in a gaseous medium at a temperature below the freezing point of an aqueous solution of agarose, followed by transferring the formed microspheres into the aqueous medium ( 3). The resulting hollow microspheres from agarose gel are ready for placement of microscopic biological objects in them. The technical result consists in the implementation of the expansion of the arsenal of technical means for the localization and storage of microscopic biological objects. The technical result consists in simplifying the method of obtaining hollow microspheres, improving the sterility of the process, obtaining a new device for localizing and storing biological microscopic objects from biochemically inert and non-toxic material. The technical result is also to increase the transparency, uniformity and elasticity of the wall of the hollow microsphere.
