Настоящее изобретение относится к огнестойкой полимерной композиции, содержащей (А) гомо- и/или сополимер олефина, содержащий полярный сополимер олефина, (В) соединение, содержащее силиконовую группу, (С) неорганический наполнитель и (D) нанонаполнитель. Кроме того, изобретение относится к применению такой композиции в проводе или кабеле и к проводу или кабелю, имеющему слой, содержащий такую композицию.
