Abstract

Изобретение относится к технологии переработки топлива, в частности к получению металлургического среднетемпературного кокса и попутного горючего газа путем термоокислительной обработки угля в плотном слое, и предназначено для использования в металлургии. Достигаемый технический результат заключается в том, что устройство отличается простотой конструкции, повышенной надежностью за счет отсутствия движущихся частей (в частности, разравнивающего устройства), большей удельной производительностью, меньшими габаритами и металлоемкостью за счет исключения конусного сужения перед разгрузочным люком. Устройство для получения среднетемпературного кокса представляет собой аппарат шахтного типа и включает шахту, загрузочный люк, газораспределительную колосниковую решетку, патрубок подвода воздуха и охлаждающего газа, электротермическое устройство для начального розжига, патрубок отвода газа и люк выгрузки кокса, при этом ось шахты имеет угол наклона к вертикали, близкий к динамическому углу естественного откоса угля и кокса -25-35° в зависимости от марки угля.The invention relates to the technology of fuel processing, in particular the production of metallurgical medium temperature coke and associated gas by means of thermal-oxidative treatment of coal in a dense layer, and is intended for use in metallurgy.
