Abstract

Изобретение относится к биотехнологии, касается консорциума штаммов бифидобактерий, который может быть использован для приготовления различных форм бактерийных препаратов, препаратов-пробиотиков на его основе, функциональных продуктов питания, биологически активных добавок, неферментированных продуктов, кисло-молочных продуктов косметических и гигиенических средств. Для получения консорциума использованы следующие штаммы бифидобактерий: Bifidobacterium bifidum 791-МБ, Bifidobacterium longum В 379М-МБ, Bifidobacterium adolescentis Г 7513-МБ, Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15-МБ, Bifidobacterium breve 79-119-МБ, характерной особенностью которых является высокая антибиотическая и супероксиддисмутазная активность с выраженной антиоксидантной активностью. Супероксиддисмутазная активность консорциума не ниже 24,9 ед/мг белка микробной массы. Проявляемая специфическая активность, способность к утилизации широкого спектра аминокислот, высокая антибиотикоустойчивость позволили повысить устойчивость консорциума к повреждающим факторам агрессивных сред гастроинтестинального тракта при прохождении бифидобактерий в желудочно-кишечном тракте и повышения таким образом его колонизирующей активности.The invention relates to biotechnology, concerns a consortium of strains of bifidobacteria, which can be used to prepare various forms of bacterial preparations, probiotic preparations based on it, functional foods, dietary supplements, non-fermented products, sour-milk products of cosmetic and hygiene products. The following strains of bifidobacteria were used to obtain a consortium: Bifidobacterium bifidum 791-MB, -s, Bifidobacterium longum B 379M-MB, Bifidobacterium adolescentis G 7513-MB, Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15-MB, Bifidobacterium breve 79-1 MB, Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15-MB, Bifidobacterium breve 79-1 MB, Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15-MB, Bifidobacterium breve 79-1 MB, Bifidobacterium infantis 73-15-MB and superoxide dismutase activity with pronounced antioxidant activity. The superoxide dismutase activity of the consortium is not lower than 24.9 units / mg of microbial protein. Manifested specific activity, ability to utilize a wide range of amino acids, high antibiotic resistance allowed the consortium to be resistant to the damaging factors of aggressive gastrointestinal tract during the passage of bifidobacteria in the gastrointestinal tract and thus increasing its colonizing activity.
