Abstract

Предоставляется способ для локализованного внутрисосудистого введения фибринолитической металлопротеиназы субъекту-человеку в количествах, безопасных и эффективных в плане лизиса закупоривающего, содержащего фибрин кровяного сгустка, при этом также позволяющих избежать нейтрализующих эффектов альфа-2-макроглобулина в циркулирующей крови. Также предоставляется способ лечения кровяного сгустка внутри или вокруг стационарного устройства сосудистого доступа или прикрепленного к нему кровяного сгустка. Также предоставляется способ восстановления раскрытия и функции стационарного устройства сосудистого доступа.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
