Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к быстрораспадающимся таблеткам, предназначенным для применения в качестве таблеток, диспергирующихся в полости рта, или диспергирующихся таблеток. Их принимают либо посредством диспергирования непосредственно во рту, либо в воде. Таблетки включают силикатированную микрокристаллическую целлюлозу. Они особенно подходят для антибиотиков. Данные таблетки пригодны также для применения среди педиатрических больных в возрасте старше 3 лет. Для педиатрических больных младше 3 лет эти же таблетки могут быть использованы как диспергирующиеся таблетки. Описаны также быстрораспадающиеся таблетки, которые содержат амоксициллин и клавулановую кислоту.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
