Вакуумный деаэратор содержит корпус 1, внутри которого размещены отсек 2 нагрева воды с патрубком 3 подачи деаэрируемой воды и патрубком 4 отвода парогазовой смеси, отсек перегрева воды 5 с патрубком 6 подачи теплоносителя и отсек расширения 7 с патрубком отвода деаэрируемой воды 8, при этом в отсеке расширения выполнена горизонтальная консольная полка 13, одним концом закрепленная на боковой стенке корпуса 1 и на свободном конце которой установлены вертикальные перегородки 14, образующие емкость 15, в которой установлена труба 16 для подвода теплоносителя, а разделительная перегородка 10 отсеков перегрева и расширения снабжена вертикальной стенкой 17, размещенной в отсеке расширения 7 со стороны горизонтальной консольной полки 13 вдоль боковой стенки корпуса 1 с зазором по отношению к ней и к горизонтальной консольной полке 13, при этом на емкости 15 в горизонтальной плоскости установлен перфорированный лист 18, закрепленный на вертикальных перегородках 14 и на вертикальной стенке 17, кроме того, вакуумный деаэратор снабжен трубой 19 подвода парогазовой смеси из отсека перегрева в отсек расширения, установленной на разделительной перегородке 10 между этими отсеками, и трубой 20 отвода парогазовой смеси из отсека расширения в отсек нагрева.The invention relates to the field of power engineering, is designed to remove corrosive gases from water and can be used in installations for vacuum de-aeration of make-up water heating networks and feed water evaporators.
