Abstract
Способ зажигания агломерационной шихты, перемещающейся на спекательных тележках, может быть использован в металлургической, химической отраслях промышленности, а также в производстве строительных материалов. Способ включает нагрев шихты, собственно зажигание и нагрев спека, осуществляемые последовательно по соответствующим зонам под огнеупорным сводом теплом от сжигания газа. Отличительной особенностью способа является то, что газ сжигают только под сводом зоны зажигания, тепло от наружной поверхности которого передают воздуху, подаваемому в горелки для сжигания газа. Воздух, подаваемый в горелки, нагревают в корпусе воздухопровода, нижняя плоская поверхность которого соответствует наружной поверхности зоны зажигания и максимально к ней приближена. При этом собственно зажигание шихты осуществляют под сводом из набранных сплошь огнеупорных блоков, каждый из которых оснащен горелкой. При использовании способа наружная поверхность свода зажигания не становится источником теплопотерь, а температура поверхности корпуса воздухопровода, обращенной в окружающее пространство, близка к температуре окружающей среды. Рациональное использование тепла в рабочем пространстве зоны зажигания неизбежно приводит к снижению расхода топлива на процесс зажигания шихты. Нагрев шихты осуществляют под примыкающей к своду зоны зажигания радиальной аркой с объемом рабочего пространства, увеличивающимся по ходу движения спекательных тележек. Свод радиальной арки ограниченно воспринимает тепло из зоны зажигания, имеет относительно низкую температуру поверхности и малые потери тепла. Нагрев шихты в этой зоне осуществляется при достаточном, но ограниченном расходе тепла. Новый технический результат, достигаемый изобретением, заключается в снижении расхода газа на собственно зажигание и минимизации тепла, необходимого для нагрева шихты. Расход газа на зажигание шихты, требуемый для реализации нового способа, на 35-50% меньше, чем при использовании известных способов.The method of ignition of the sintering mixture moving on sintering carts can be used in the metallurgical, chemical industries, as well as in the production of building materials. The method includes heating the mixture, the actual ignition and the heating of the cake, carried out sequentially in the respective zones under the refractory vault with the heat from the burning gas. A distinctive feature of the method is that the gas is burned only under the roof of the ignition zone, the heat from the outer surface of which is transferred to the air supplied to the burners for burning gas. The air supplied to the burners is heated in the case of the air duct, the lower flat surface of which corresponds to the outer surface of the ignition zone and is as close as possible to it. In this case, the actual ignition of the charge is carried out under a set of fireproof blocks assembled completely, each of which is equipped with a burner. When using the method, the outer surface of the ignition roof does not become a source of heat loss, and the temperature of the surface of the air duct housing facing the surrounding space is close to the ambient temperature. Rational use of heat in the working space of the ignition zone inevitably leads to a decrease in fuel consumption for the process of ignition of the charge. The charge is heated under the radial arch adjacent to the arch of the ignition zone with the volume of the working space increasing along the movement of the sintering carts. The arch of the radial arch of the limited perceives heat from the ignition zone, has a relatively low surface temperature and low heat loss. The charge is heated in this zone with sufficient, but limited heat consumption. A new technical result achieved by the invention is to reduce the gas consumption for the actual ignition and minimize the heat required for heating the charge. The gas consumption for ignition of the charge required for the implementation of the new method is 35-50% less than when using the known methods.
