Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к флотационной машине, в частности к ротору флотационной машины, который используют для диспергирования воздуха, поступающего через полый вал ротора, в окружающую ротор пульпу, и в котором образованы воздушные каналы, чередующиеся с щелями для пульпы, так что торцы как воздушных каналов, так и щелей для пульпы, расположенные снаружи ротора, формируют внешнюю поверхность ротора. В соответствии с данным изобретением воздушные каналы (3, 15) размещены в роторе на равном расстоянии друг от друга, проходя радиально от внешней поверхности ротора, при этом в центральной части ротора стенки воздушных каналов (3, 15) образуют объем (6, 17) для циркуляции пульпы, причем в указанном образованном объеме создается движение пульпы, находящейся вокруг ротора, обеспечивающее ее течение вдоль щелей (5, 16), образованных между воздушными каналами (3, 15).Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
