Abstract
В данном изобретении предложен способ обработки углеводородной скважины, который включает введение в указанную скважину полимерных частиц, пропитанных химическим реагентом для обработки скважины, его предшественником или источником (например, ингибитором образования отложений), причем указанные частицы имеют объем пор по меньшей мере 20% и получены способом, который включает приготовление на первой стадии водной дисперсии полимерных частиц, содержащих от 0,05 до 10 объемов в расчете на объем полимера, одного или более материалов, имеющих растворимость в воде ≤10г/л и молекулярную массу порядка 5000 г/моль (этот материал обозначен здесь как Вещество I), причем указанное Вещество I не является олигомером полимера, образующего частицы, не является кристаллическим при температуре, при которой его вводят в частицы, и находится в жидкой форме при температуре, при которой на второй стадии вводят Вещество II, и добавление на указанной второй стадии частично растворимого в воде материала (обозначенного здесь как Вещество II), имеющего растворимость в воде по меньшей мере в десять раз выше, чем растворимость Вещества I, при условиях, которые исключают или затрудняют перенос Вещества I через водную фазу, в результате чего Вещество II диффундирует в полимерные частицы, набухшие Веществом I, и увеличивает объем указанных частиц в 20-1000 раз в расчете на полимер.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
