Abstract

1:70.The invention relates to the pharmaceutical industry and relates to a method for producing water dispersion preparations of fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants, in particular, ubiquinone, β-carotene and lycopene, and can be used in medicine, food and cosmetic industries. Phospholipids are used to obtain a water-dispersion form of fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants, which are obtained as an additional product during the processing of the biomass of the Blakeslea trispora fungus, which provides a range of fat-soluble compounds, including ubiquinone and lycopene and β-carotene, which reduces costs. The essence of the invention lies in the fact that in the homogenizer phospholipids are mixed with individual powdered substances that are fat-soluble vitamins and antioxidants, in particular β-carotene, lycopene and ubiquinone, adding distilled water to obtain a pasty mass for 15-20 minutes at a ratio of components 1: 1-6.0: 1, followed by dehydration. The content of the target product in the homogenate is 14-50%. The use of the mixture obtained in the cosmetic food industry or pharmacology involves the dissolution of the homogenate in distilled water with vigorous stirring immediately before use at a dry mixture: water ratio of 1:20 to 1:70.
