Abstract
Использование: переработка твердых отходов производства алюминия. Сущность изобретения - способ позволяет выделить полезные составляющие путем спекания шламов производства алюминия. Шлам спекают, выщелачивают водой, пульпу фильтруют, раствор используют в качестве коагулянта, а осадок после сушки используют в качестве сырья для производства алюминия. Утилизация отходов шламового поля ведет к улучшению экологической обстановки, созданию безотходной технологии, получению щелочного коагулянта, расширению сырьевой базы и снижению себестоимости производимого алюминия.Use: processing of solid wastes of aluminum production. The essence of the invention is a method that allows to isolate useful components by sintering sludge from aluminum production. The slurry is sintered, leached with water, the pulp is filtered, the solution is used as a coagulant, and the residue after drying is used as a raw material for the production of aluminum. Disposal of sludge field waste leads to improved environmental conditions, the creation of waste-free technology, obtaining an alkaline coagulant, expanding the resource base and reducing the cost of aluminum produced.
