Abstract
Изобретение относится к биотехнологии и медицинской микробиологии и представляет собой штамм бифидобактерий вида Bifidobacterium bifidum, который может быть использован для получения жидкого концентрата бифидобактерий, а также для приготовления кисломолочных лечебно-диетических продуктов и бифидосодержащих биологически активных добавок (БАД) на основе указанного жидкого концентрата бифидобактерий. Заявленный штамм вида B.bffidum № 791/БАГ получен селекцией штамма B.bifidum № 791. Селекция проводилась без использования каких-либо химических и физических мутагенных агентов, посредством длительного поочерёдного культивирования в двух различных питательных средах: среде Блаурокка и стерильном обезжиренном молоке без ростовых факторов в течение 50 пассажей по морфо-культуральным критериям. Заявляемый штамм более устойчив к повреждающим факторам сред культивирования и агрессивных сред гастроинтестинального тракта человека, обеспечивает утилизацию более широкого спектра аминокислот, т.е. обладает более высокой жизнеспособностью и колонизирующими свойствами, что обеспечивает получение препаратов и продуктов на его основе с более длительными сроками хранения и более высокими лечебно-профилактическими свойствами.The invention relates to biotechnology and medical microbiology and is a strain of bifidobacteria of the species Bifidobacterium bifidum, which can be used to obtain a liquid concentrate of bifidobacteria, as well as for the preparation of sour-milk therapeutic and dietary products and bifidus-containing dietary supplements (BAA) based on the specified liquid concentrate of bifidobacteria. The claimed strain of the species B. bffidum No. 791 / BAG was obtained by selection of the strain B. bifidum No. 791. The selection was carried out without using any chemical and physical mutagenic agents, by means of prolonged alternate cultivation in two different nutrient media: Blaurok's medium and sterile skim milk without growth factors within 50 passages according to morpho-cultural criteria. The inventive strain is more resistant to damaging factors of cultivation media and aggressive media of the human gastrointestinal tract, ensures utilization of a wider range of amino acids, i.e. has a higher viability and colonizing properties, which ensures the production of drugs and products based on it with longer shelf life and higher therapeutic and prophylactic properties.
