Abstract
Изобретение предназначено для очистки нефтесодержащих вод промышленных предприятий, нефтепромыслов, судовых льяльных (подсланевых) и балластных вод. Сепаратор позволяет увеличить глубину извлечения из объёма воды диспергированных нефтепродуктов путем организации гиродинамического режима течения очищаемой воды с сохранением эффективности очистки в присутствии синтетических поверхностно-активных веществ. Сепаратор обеспечивает создание поля центробежных сил при движении воды снизу - вверх по спирали в цилиндрической части гидроциклона, очистку воды в гравитационном отстойнике - нефтесборнике, доочистку в кассете фильтрацией в гранулированном термонапряженном наполнителе крупной фракции при движении воды сверху-вниз, а затем очистку воды в гравитационном отстойнике с последующей фильтрацией в гранулированном термонапряженном наполнителе мелкой фракции корпуса и днища при движении воды сверху вниз. Фильтрация доочищаемой воды в корпусе производится с отводом тепла через вертикально-радиальные ребра, удерживающие гидроциклон в центре корпуса сепаратора, металлоконструкции корпуса и днище при прохождении ее через поровые каналы между термически закаленными шариками из металла, стекла или керамики.The invention is intended for the purification of oil-containing waters of industrial enterprises, oil fields, ship bilge (bottom shale) and ballast waters. The separator creates a field of centrifugal forces when water moves from below - upwards in a spiral in the cylindrical part of a hydrocyclone, purifies water in a gravity settling tank - the oil collector, after-treatment in a cassette by filtering in a large fraction granulated thermally-charged filler and then moving water from top to bottom a settling tank, followed by filtration in a granulated thermally stressed filler of the fine fraction of the hull and bottom when water moves from top to bottom. Filtration of additional water in the housing is performed with heat removal through vertically radial fins that hold the hydrocyclone in the center of the separator housing, the metal structures of the housing and the bottom as it passes through the pore channels between the thermally hardened balls of metal, glass or ceramics.
