Сепаратор позволяет увеличить глубину извлечения из объёма воды диспергированных нефтепродуктов путем организации гиродинамического режима течения очищаемой воды с сохранением эффективности очистки в присутствии синтетических поверхностно-активных веществ. Сепаратор обеспечивает создание поля центробежных сил при движении воды снизу - вверх по спирали в цилиндрической части гидроциклона, очистку воды в гравитационном отстойнике - нефтесборнике, доочистку в кассете фильтрацией в гранулированном термонапряженном наполнителе крупной фракции при движении воды сверху-вниз, а затем очистку воды в гравитационном отстойнике с последующей фильтрацией в гранулированном термонапряженном наполнителе мелкой фракции корпуса и днища при движении воды сверху вниз. Filtration of additional water in the housing is performed with heat removal through vertically radial fins that hold the hydrocyclone in the center of the separator housing, the metal structures of the housing and the bottom as it passes through the pore channels between the thermally hardened balls of metal, glass or ceramics.
