Abstract
The invention relates to mechanical engineering and is intended for the purification of oily water of industrial enterprises, oil fields, ship bilge (under-shale) and ballast waters. The proposed design allows you to increase the depth of extraction from the volume of water dispersed petroleum products by organizing the hydrodynamic flow regime of the treated water while maintaining the cleaning efficiency in the presence of synthetic surfactants and deactivators. The implemented device provides deep and stable in time purification with a residual concentration of petroleum products in purified water of less than 1.0 million (at an acceptable value of up to 15 million) without the need to replace the filtering granular filler with a decrease in energy consumption per unit volume of purified water. The device provides heating of water with a constant temperature gradient in height in the field of centrifugal forces by creating a centrifugal effect and countercurrent heat exchange when moving purified water from the bottom up along the spiral between the turns of the steam-water coil burner. The after-treatment water is filtered with heat removal through vertically-radial ribs of constant thermal resistance to the metal structures of the bottom and the water being cleaned as it passes through the pore channels between the thermally hardened balls of steel or glass or ceramics.
