Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу получения пористых полиолефиновых частиц, отличающемуся тем, что он включает следующие стадии: растворение по крайней мере одного кристаллизующегося полиолефина в растворителе, что приводит к образованию раствора, который включает от 0,5 до 50 мас.% полиолефина и исходный образовавшийся раствор полиолефина, содержащий от 5 млн.долей до 20 мас.% агента зародышеобразования; диспергирование полученного раствора полиолефина в нерастворителе при температуре, превышающей температуру кристаллизации полиолефина в растворе полиолефина, в результате чего образуется многофазная система; охлаждение многофазной системы при одновременном перемешивании при скорости охлаждения от 0,05 до 10°С/мин вплоть до температуры, которая ниже температуры кристаллизации полиолефина в растворе полиолефина, в результате чего образуются прочные содержащие полиолефин частицы; отделение полиолефинсодержащих частиц от жидкости(ей); высушивание полиолефинсодержащих частиц при температуре, которая ниже температуры кристаллизации полиолефина в исходном растворе полиолефина.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
