Abstract

Настоящее изобретение предназначено для образования железо-фосфатной конверсионной поверхности или железо-фосфат=биметаллической поверхности на металлах в моторах механического оборудования. Используют смазочное масло в качестве среды для обеспечения контакта фосфат и/или фосфат-биметаллического неорганических полимерных водных комплексов с металлическими деталями в моторах. Неорганические полимерные водные комплексы образованы в соответствии с патентами США №№ 4533606 и 5310419. Биметаллическим компонентом может быть любой металл от I до VII группы Периодической таблицы. Фосфат и/или фосфат-биметаллический неорганические полимерные водные комплексы добавляют в смазочное масло в то время, когда двигатель работает и масло горячее. Образованная железо-фосфатная пленка или железо-фосфат-биметаллическая пленка снижает коэффициент трения, снижает износ металла, увеличивает срок службы двигателя, увеличивает пробег, снижает эмиссию углеводорода и удлиняет интервалы смены масла на всех смазываемых моторах.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
