Abstract

Модуль задней подсветки на квантовых точках содержит отражатель, светопроводящую пластину, расположенную над отражателем, множество блоков точек, расположенных с интервалами на верхней поверхности светопроводящей пластины, и квантовую точку, упакованную в каждый из множества блоков точек, и светодиоды, расположенные на кромке светопроводящей пластины. Согласно изобретению можно использовать меньше материала с квантовыми точками, что способствует уменьшению производственных затрат. Помимо этого, тепло может эффективно рассеиваться из светодиодов. Также реализована более широкая цветовая гамма.
