Abstract
Способ и устройство служат для низкотемпературного разложения воздуха в системе дистилляционных колонн, имеющей по меньшей мере одну разделительную колонну. Исходный воздух сжимается в основном воздушном компрессоре. Сжатый исходный воздух охлаждается в основном теплообменнике. Охлажденный сжатый воздух вводится в систему дистилляционных колонн. По меньшей мере один поток продукта выводится из системы дистилляционных колонн, нагревается в основном теплообменнике и удаляется в виде газообразного конечного продукта. По меньшей мере один параметр процесса регулируется с помощью базового регулятора. Управление параметрами процесса устанавливается с помощью комбинации ALC-управления и МРС-регулятора. При этом ALC-управление выдает первое целевое значение на МРС-регулятор. МРС-регулятор вычисляет из первого целевого значения заданное значение или изменение заданного значения для выданного от ALC-управления первичного заданного значения. Определенное МРС-регулятором заданное значение или вторичное заданное значение, которое вычисляется из выданного от ALC-управления первичного заданного значения и изменения заданного значения, передается на базовый регулятор.
