Abstract

The invention relates to the production of complex calcium greases usable in a wide range of temperature intervals, in particular to consistent greases based on a vegetable oil used in all torsional, rotating, rubbing parts in different industrial and transport means. The invention is aimed at a process simplification of grease production with a wide temperature range. The assigned task is solved by mixing a mineral oil, complex-formative agent - acetic acid, sulfonated organic compounds with subsequent saponification of the mixture by calcium hydrooxide with heating of soap-in-oil system at the temperature of grease boiling, cooling and homogenization, where, according to the invention, prior to the saponification a technical vegetable oil, sulfonated by a concentrated sulfuric acid is introduced in the system as a biomass with the following ratio sulfuric acid to the technical vegetable oil 1:5-7 and the sulfomass to the system 1:5-7.

(57) Изобретение относится к области производства комплексных кальциевых смазок, работающих в широком интервале температур, а именно к консистентным смазкам, получаемым на основе растительного масла, используемым во всех крутящихся, вращающихся, трущихся деталях различных механизмов промышленных и транспортных средств. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является упрощение технологии получения смазки с широким температурным диапазоном. Поставленная задача решается способом получения комплексной консистентной смазки путем смешения минерального масла, комплексообразователя - уксусной кислоты, сульфированных органических соединений с последующим омылением смеси гидроокисью кальция при нагревании мыльно-масленой системы при температуре варки смазки, охлаждении и гомогенизации, где согласно изобретению перед омылением в систему вводят в качестве сульфомассы техническое растительное масло, сульфированное концентрированной серной кислотой при соотношении серная кислота:техническое растительное масло 1:5-7, при соотношении сульфомасса:система 1:5-7.(57) The invention relates to the production of complex calcium greases operating in a wide temperature range, namely, greases obtained on the basis of vegetable oil, used in all rotating, rotating, rubbing parts of various mechanisms of industrial and vehicles.
